We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Technician Lead to join our team as a Patient Care Technician. As a PCT at DaVita, you will work under the supervision of a RN to deliver high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Direct Patient Care: Deliver safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
  • Maintain Vital Signs: Measure and record patient vital signs, observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
  • Educate Patients: Teach patients about kidney-related topics and develop long-term relationships with them.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work with a cross-functional team of clinicians to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma: Required.
  • Comfortable Working Around Blood and Needles: Essential for this role.
  • Physical and Mental Ability: Must be able to work long hours on your feet.
