We are seeking a Dialysis Technician to join our team at DaVita Inc. As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will play a critical role in providing safe and comfortable dialysis treatment to our patients. About the Role

This position requires no prior dialysis experience, but rather a passion for helping others and a desire to learn. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. As a PCT, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and as part of a cross-functional team of clinicians to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care: Provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to patients">
• Tech duties: Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup">
• Build long-term relationships with patients: Educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics and provide ongoing support">

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience a plus">
• Ability to work long hours, including 12-hour shifts, on your feet">

Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
