Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our team at BJC. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care.

Responsibilities
  • Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
  • Educate patients and their families on how to manage their illness or injury, including post-treatment home care needs and medication administration.
  • Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with other members of the interprofessional team and patient, family, or caregiver in accordance with the established guidelines and standards of nursing care.
  • Use critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs according to standards of care.
Requirements
  • Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing.
  • No experience required, but a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • RN licensure and BLS certification are required.
