Clinical Nutrition Specialist

At NutraCo, we are seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Clinical Nutrition Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents in Long Term Care facilities nationwide.

Responsibilities:

* Provide personalized nutrition plans to residents, focusing on their unique needs and well-being
* Collaborate with other dietitians and facility clinical teams to ensure the highest level of care
* Conduct clinical assessments, charting within the EMR system, and attend meetings to discuss resident care and progress
* Conduct meal rounds, complete sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards

Requirements:

* Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Registration Eligible with a Verification Statement
* State licensure guidelines must be met, along with facility vaccination requirements as needed
* Strong communication skills, effective teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
