About the Role

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $19-$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Mill/Mixer Operator, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality printing ink, packaging finished product, cleaning and maintaining machines, and learning TPM knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manufacture batches of ink on mixers or mills
  2. Packaging finished product in various containers and applying labels
  3. Cleaning and maintaining machines to TPM Standards
  4. Learning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activities
  5. Weigh-Up Batches: Following proper process order of addition. Shifting between auto and manual steps
  6. Creating and maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing times
  7. Potentially operating the following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift
  8. Acting as a QC liaison, providing ink samples, making ink adjustments, and recording data
  9. Completing scheduled maintenance and utilizing troubleshooting procedures.
