Key Responsibilities- Collect and maintain accurate provider data for Medicare and Medicaid enrollment
- Prepare and submit applications for new provider enrollments and updates, following up with carriers as necessary
- Comply with Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment guidelines, requesting NPI numbers as required
- Generate reports to identify outstanding claims issues and non-payment
- Communicate effectively with staff, insurance companies, and patients regarding claim processing and appeals
- Review and maintain managed care contracts for correct billing and payment terms
- Participate in company-sponsored enrollment and credentialing meetings, as well as Billing System training exercises
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of Payer Enrollment experience
- Solid knowledge of PC applications, including WORD, EXCEL, and ACCESS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and planning skills, with demonstrated teamwork abilities
