Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operate and maintain U-Haul equipment, including trucks and trailers, to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Assist customers with equipment inspections, maintenance, and repairs, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Install hitches and trailer wiring, and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment
