About the Role

Fabletics is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Seasonal Part-Time Store Associate to join our team at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a best-in-class retail store experience.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager and team to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Engage customers in new and meaningful ways, providing knowledge on our products and services.
  • Participate in store events, promotions, and community projects to drive customer engagement.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment.
  • Actively participate in feedback and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the business.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, while maintaining high levels of performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
  • Unpack inventory boxes as required, which may weigh up to 30 pounds.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, and weight training.
  • Excellent social interaction skills, with the ability to work with large teams.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator, and able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
  • Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, with occasional stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
