Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and control equipment to produce high-quality food products
  • Adhere to all GMP's and Food Safety requirements to ensure a safe working environment
  • Monitor and adjust temperature, pressure, and time controls to optimize production
  • Clean and maintain equipment and cooking areas to prevent contamination
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime
  • Collect and examine product samples to ensure quality and consistency
  • Perform other duties as assigned by line leader or management
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively with team members
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform simple math, conversions, and use formulas to compute run rates
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out written or oral instructions
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to work through problems backwards to find root causes and address issues
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required to run production
