We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Catering Services Manager to lead our catering team at a local Campus Dining Facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative catering solutions and special events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute catering solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Lead a team of catering employees to ensure consistent quality in planning and executing events
  • Facilitate the delivery of prepared food and setup of events, ensuring seamless execution
  • Train and develop team members to ensure catering and event standards are followed
  • Manage food and labor targets, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with safety policies
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in events, hospitality, and/or catering
  • 2-4 years of experience in a management role with experience leading salaried managers
  • Experience working in higher education settings and/or large-scale catering events preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work event-based hours
  • Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lb.
