Assembler Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team at Heico Companies LLC. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the highest quality of our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Collect and organize all necessary materials and equipment for the assembly process.
  • Take precise measurements to ensure perfect fit of components and select or modify components according to specifications.
  • Align and assemble parts to build complex units, maintaining attention to detail and quality control.
  • Check output to ensure the highest quality and maintain equipment in good condition.
  • Keep accurate records of production quantities and time, and report any issues or malfunctions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Assembler or in a related field.
  • Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ability to use tools and machines, such as clamps and presses.
  • Good understanding of quality control principles and excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High school diploma or higher degree from a technical school.
