Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Final Assembly / Quality Control Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting our high-quality screwdrivers, ensuring they meet our rigorous standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble screwdrivers using light machinery and equipment
  • Perform physical and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Record daily builds and production tracking data
  • Collaborate with the Langley Quality team to ensure compliance with inspection plans and specification requirements
  • Enter data into Excel spreadsheets and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of modern technology, including computers, mobile phone apps, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sharp attention to detail and dedication to consistency
  • Ability to lift 60+ pounds on a regular basis and stand or sit for long periods of time
  • "Get it done" attitude and strong initiative
