Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell wine by assisting and educating customers on our wine selection
  • Encourage membership in our Wine Club and promote loyalty programs
  • Fulfill customer orders and operate our point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the tasting room and patio areas
  • Assist with daily shipping needs, tasting room rearranging, and cleaning glassware
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Sales confidence and the ability to effectively promote our wine offerings
  • Previous retail and/or customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to stand on your feet for several hours and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to safely lift 30 pounds
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25 per hour, plus tips and discretionary bonuses. This is a part-time, weekend position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
