Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering and site development
  • Professional Engineer licensure is mandatory
  • Proven experience in securing construction permits, including sediment and erosion control, coastal stormwater management, and water/wastewater systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams across various locations
  • Strong skills in time management, written communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal relations
  • Experience with a variety of project types, including roadways, site grading, water and sewer utilities, lift stations, and stormwater management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SWMM, HEC/RAS, and Civil 3D is essential; familiarity with MicroStation is advantageous
