Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers approaching the company display and engage them in conversations about their home service needs.
  • Explain the features and benefits of our products and services, and solicit information from customers on their individual needs.
  • Schedule in-home appointments with our Comfort Advisors to provide estimates for product and services.
  • Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically.
  • Build rapport with the store's leadership team and attend required monthly meetings and training.
Requirements
  • Weekends and some holidays are required.
  • Prior experience working in retail is preferred.
  • Standing/walking is required for 4-8 hours at a time.
  • You are outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have the ability to use a smartphone utilizing email and text.
  • HVAC industry experience is not required.
