Job Overview

Bul-Hed Environmental is currently seeking skilled Heavy Machinery Operators to join our team. This role involves operating various types of heavy equipment to assist in construction projects. While prior experience is advantageous, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Enjoy a work-life balance with no weekend or shift work required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in the operation of heavy machinery for material handling.
  • Conduct thorough pre-operational inspections and maintain equipment in optimal condition.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper lubrication of machinery.
  • Participate in safety meetings and training sessions as necessary.
  • Adhere to safety protocols by wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Follow company policies and comply with industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • No formal educational background is required.
  • Experience is not mandatory; we provide training for the right candidates.

Compensation:

  • Hourly wage ranges from $15 to $21, with opportunities for overtime based on experience.
