We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the pharmacy team in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, process member purchases, and assist in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Provide pharmacy products and services to members in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Stock and secure pharmacy supplies and merchandise, enter prescription information, and complete paperwork and documentation.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers and co-workers, and adapting to change.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage range of $18.50-$22.50.
- Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
- Eligibility for benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
