Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to join our esteemed team in Tacoma, WA. We will consider part or full-time candidates.

Position Overview

We are a well-established and busy physician and midwife women's health group located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Our group consists of 9 OB/GYN physicians, 18 CNMs, 6 MFM, 1 Urogynecologist, and 2 Gynecologic Oncologists. We provide evidenced-based women's healthcare services to Tacoma and surrounding communities.

Requirements

Candidates must be hardworking, compassionate, and dedicated to providing superior patient care. Our group enjoys a mix of both gynecology and obstetrics, including high-risk obstetrics and gynecological surgeries. We offer comprehensive pregnancy care with in-office ultrasound and embedded Maternal Fetal Medicine support.

Benefits

Our group offers a 4-day work week with 1 in 8-9 call coverage frequency. After an initial guarantee, our group is production-based, and most are over the 65% in production that equates to over $375,000-$500,000+ per year.
