Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Pipeline Integrity Specialist to join our team at Harvest Midstream Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management and compliance of CFR 192/195 Integrity Management Programs (IMP) for regulated pipeline assets across the L48 region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and jurisdictional integrity regulations (CFR 192/195) for pipeline assets.
  • Oversee the execution of the In-line Inspection (ILI) program, including segment identification, baseline assessments, and data analysis.
  • Manage integrity assessments by coordinating inspections and reviewing data to identify potential threats.
  • Develop inspection requirements and manage approved inspection/testing programs in line with industry standards (API RP 1163).
  • Evaluate and analyze ILI results to determine necessary repairs and assess remaining risks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in pipeline integrity or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations, including CFR 192/195, and proven experience working with regulatory agencies.
  • Expertise in pipeline operational risk management and engineering practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software for pipeline data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • AMPP Cathodic Protection Certification
