HTM Supervisor - Healthcare/Biomed Job Description

Sodexo's Healthcare Technology Management Division is seeking an experienced HTM Supervisor to oversee biomedical equipment services, including vendor management, regulatory compliance, and project management, at PIH Health Downey Hospital in Downey, California.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage biomedical equipment services, including vendor management and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee project management and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Lead a team of technicians and engineers to maintain and repair medical devices.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
