Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HTM Supervisor to oversee biomedical equipment services, including vendor management, regulatory compliance, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology operations, supervisory and leadership abilities, and experience with data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage biomedical equipment services, including maintenance, repair, and calibration of medical devices
  • Oversee vendor management, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, including adherence to industry standards and guidelines
  • Lead project management initiatives, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
  • Supervise and mentor HTM technicians and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as biomedical engineering or healthcare technology management
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology management, including supervisory and leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of biomedical equipment, including medical devices and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with staff, vendors, and clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
