To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a Medical Assistant license, and prior experience as a Medical Assistant. OBGYN office experience is preferred, and an associate degree is also preferred. You must have knowledge of healthcare practices, standards, and medical terminology, as well as advanced record-keeping abilities and proficiency in related software such as Greenway Intergy, Provider Flow, and Phreesia. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask are also essential. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
