Position Overview

Fivetran is dedicated to constructing data pipelines that fuel the contemporary data ecosystem for numerous enterprises. We are seeking a summer intern to engage with us for a duration of 8-12 weeks, gaining insights into the technologies we utilize while contributing to our initiatives aimed at enhancing operational data integrity.

As a member of our Systems Engineering team, you will play a vital role in refining our internal systems and enhancing the experience for fellow team members. Your inquisitive nature and technical foundation will be essential in investigating data integrity challenges, comprehending their underlying causes, and collaborating with colleagues to address them.

This position is an individual contributor role based out of Fivetran's office. The ideal candidate should be able to work during overlapping hours with various time zones.

Technologies Involved

You will interact with systems such as Salesforce, Netsuite, and BigQuery. Additionally, you will have the chance to learn and apply SQL as a primary tool for data investigation. Familiarity with software fundamentals and Java will also be beneficial in your role.
