  • Inspect production machines for functionality and safety.
  • Adjust mechanical components using both hand and machine tools.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks and safety inspections.
  • Collaborate with the production team to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Train maintenance personnel on safety protocols.
  • Prepare and submit detailed maintenance reports.
  • Schedule maintenance activities and respond to urgent issues.
  • Supervise maintenance staff and manage workload distribution.
  • Implement Lock-Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
  • Oversee the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while enhancing productivity.
  • Act as a liaison between the maintenance department and other organizational units.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of ten years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • At least three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; trade certifications are a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills and report writing capabilities.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment safely.
  • Excellent time management abilities.

Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be able to stand, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs, with the potential for prolonged periods of walking within the facility.
