Key Responsibilities- Provide expert physical therapy services to patients with varied diagnoses, including orthopedic, spine, neurological, chronic pain, and connective tissue disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize physical function, movement, and performance.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and promote a culture of continual learning and evidence-based practice.
- Participate in specialty rounds, article reviews, and case discussions to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in aquatic therapy.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy is required.
- Master's degree or doctorate in physical therapy is preferred.
- One year of experience in physical therapy is preferred.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Virginia Department of Health Professions is required.
- BLS certification is required.
