About the Role:
This position is an exciting opportunity to join ATI Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist in our outpatient orthopedics setting. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized plans of care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Implement regular reassessment points to track progress and adjust goals as needed.
- Establish care plans aligned with ATI Best Practice guidelines to ensure predictable and positive outcomes.
- Effectively manage your caseload and delegate treatment among the clinical care team.
- Develop and deliver in-clinic in-services to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
- Assist with onboarding support staff and contribute to the development of ancillary staff to deliver ATI's team-based care model.
- Relocate to high-need markets as needed and quickly build rapport with the clinical team to meet full clinical productivity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- 6 months of travel experience or 1 year of experience in outpatient orthopedics setting.
- Preferred: At least 1-3 years of experience as a licensed PT in an outpatient setting.

- Delegate care effectively among the care team based on case complexity classification.
- Ability to manage a care episode across a caseload of patients.
- Ability to set objective and achievable goals.
- Demonstrate best practices with patient schedule management.
- Flexible and adaptable to service patient needs and contribute to positive experience and outcomes.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Basic presentation skills.
- Coaching mindset to share professional experiences with colleagues.
- Team player across the clinic and district.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Licensed PT in-state, or candidate for licensure in-state.
