Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet sales and inventory demands.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of production employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all plant production equipment is properly maintained to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that our products meet or exceed established standards.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of raw materials and supplies to meet production needs.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all employees follow safe work practices and comply with all relevant regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of production employees.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of all aspects of control circuits, metal fabrication, and hydraulic and pneumatic controls.
Working Conditions

The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and dust. The successful candidate must be able to wear protective equipment and perform all job functions, including walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing.
