We are seeking a Production Associate Relief to join our bakery team at Bimbo Bakeries USA. As a Production Associate Relief, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality products are produced for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate high-powered machinery safely and efficiently to produce fresh baked products.
  • Package products, mix ingredients, and move materials and equipment used in the production process.
  • Examine and reject products that do not meet specifications to prevent waste.
  • Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, and superior quality standards.
  • Participate in and successfully complete all Company-approved training, audits, and other requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • 1-3 years of prior manufacturing experience, with food manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stack, and/or carry pans, ingredient containers, etc.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Comfortable working in a warm environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
