Critical Care Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in the Intensive Care Unit setting.
About the Role:
As a Critical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and managing critically ill patients. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed
• Collaborate with teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Perform advanced interventions and procedures to stabilize and support patients' health
• Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment options, and care plans for optimal recovery
Requirements:
• Current RN license
• BLS (Other certifications as required by facility)
• Two years of recent ICU RN experience
• Strong communication and adaptability skills
