- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a comparable position.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles, practices, and technical skills, including journal entries and financial statement analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage projects independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.
- Familiarity with governmental accounting regulations.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
