Job Summary:
Parx Casino is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to oversee the configuration and design of our LAN and WAN networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain LAN and WAN switches, routers, and other associated equipment
Monitor the network for issues and work with operations staff and vendors to remediate them
Evaluate network needs and work with vendors to develop solutions
Report network outages and vulnerabilities to management
Advise management on remediation of issues and best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
10 years of related experience and/or training
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Complex problem-solving skills
Solid analytical skills
Strong communication skills
