About the Role

NOCO Energy Corp is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and provide tailored solutions to their HVAC needs.
  • Address client queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communicate service offerings, pricing, and scheduling availability to clients.
  • Process orders for new or additional products or services.
  • Confirm appointments and provide service timing updates to clients.
  • Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.
  • Initiate outbound calls to check on service completion and gather client feedback.
  • Update client information and service histories in our system.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, technicians, and our management team.
  • Organize and schedule HVAC technicians for service calls, maintenance, and installations.
  • Monitor technicians' locations and statuses to ensure efficient routing and punctual arrival at job sites.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in HVAC or a related field.
  • Prior experience in dispatching is an asset.
  • Ability to make outbound calls, manage objections, and interact efficiently with clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including active listening.
  • Client-oriented and capable of resolving client complaints.
  • Proficient in computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize and organize work tasks.
  • High energy levels, amiability, and engagement; outstanding persuasiveness to influence others' thoughts or behaviors.
  • Service-focused approach; actively seeks opportunities to aid people.
  • Identifies and resolves problems promptly.
  • Reacts well under pressure and treats others with courtesy.
  • Works efficiently and collaboratively, both autonomously and as part of a team, to uphold call standards.
