QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

As a Lead HVAC Technician / Residential HVAC Service Technician, your responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems in clients' residences, as well as mentoring and overseeing junior technicians. To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess:

  • EPA certification
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

While prior management experience is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement.
