Compensation: The compensation range for onsite applicants is $30.38 to $35 per hour. We welcome all applicants to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble industrial machinery following assembly drawings, procedures, and guidance from colleagues. A background in both electrical and mechanical assembly is preferred.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
- Conduct machinery testing to ensure precision before delivery to clients.
- Perform drilling and tapping of holes during assembly.
- Revise engineered drawings when necessary.
- Organize assembly fixtures efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and utilize overhead cranes.
- Engage in project meetings as required.
- Participate in field installations when necessary.
- Occasionally execute rework machining tasks on manual mills or lathes.
- Assist in developing procedures aimed at enhancing quality and productivity.
- Adhere to all departmental procedures and work instructions while maintaining a clean and organized workspace daily.
- Ensure a safe working environment by complying with all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines. Report safety discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to mitigate hazards.
- Travel to client locations for installation and repair as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a qualified assembly and repair technician.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics is essential.
- Experience in a made-to-order, engineered-to-order manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Quality-focused with the capability to meet productivity targets.
- Self-motivated, energetic, reliable, honest, and thorough.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with others.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Physical capability to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours daily.
- Capability to bend, squat, kneel, and reach above shoulders.
- Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, to meet customer deadlines.
- Ability to safely use ladders and multi-level work platforms.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 30%, with little or no advance notice.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Must be willing to undergo and successfully pass a drug test.
