Role Overview:
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will collaborate with our therapy teams to provide tailored services to children with autism, working under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Provide direct, one-on-one therapeutic support to clients in various settings, implementing behavioral treatment and instructional plans as directed by a BCBA.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for clients and their families.
- Assist clients during challenging behaviors by following their behavior support plans.
- Maintain ongoing communication with parents/caregivers regarding client progress and care plans.
- Complete session notes and timesheets in accordance with company protocols.
- Help develop and maintain instructional materials.
Qualifications:
We are seeking compassionate individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree in behavioral health, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Prior experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team is a plus.
- Commitment to integrity and adherence to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies.
- Ability to move freely and lift items up to 50 lbs. as needed.
