Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Developer to join our team at UMass Med School. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our academic, research, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions using PeopleSoft products such as HR, Finance, CRM, and Campus Solutions.
  • Work with users and vendors to articulate and document application needs.
  • Interpret requirements, perform complex analysis, and present recommendations to obtain desired results.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of technical and user documentation.
  • Ensure quality control through unit testing and debugging software.
  • Interact effectively with users, vendors, and management to ensure delivery and use of application is consistent with agreed upon project goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in PeopleSoft products.
  • Demonstrated experience in Designer Tools, Data Management Tools, Reporting Tools, and Integration Tools.
  • Knowledge of Web Services, Rest API's, PeopleSoft Security, STAT, and Oracle Database.
  • Understanding of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
