Experience Level: 12+ years

Essential Skills: Proficiency in SAP BRIM and its associated systems (specifically FI-CI and general FI-CA), expertise in Subscription Order Management, Billing, Revenue, and Invoice Management within SAP BRIM, as well as capabilities in functional design, prototyping, test planning, execution, and training.

Role Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess 6 to 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP BRIM CC solutions tailored for subscription business models. A strong understanding of CC configuration and its integration with SOM & CI components of the SAP BRIM CC solution is crucial.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with SAP BRIM and its systems (specifically FI-CI and general FI-CA).
  • Defining business requirements and designing processes, including scenario design and flow mapping related to SAP BRIM functionalities.
  • Creating functional designs for SAP BRIM, managing prototyping, test planning, execution, training coordination, and documentation of operational support procedures.
  • Designing, setting up, testing, and deploying both prototype and production solutions for SAP BRIM, ensuring seamless integration with other modules and applications.
  • Providing daily support to business units utilizing Convergent Invoicing, including troubleshooting, debugging, feature intake, testing, documentation, incident handling, and stakeholder management.

Documentation Skills: Ability to produce Process Definition Documents (PDD), Business Design Documents (BDD), and Business Process Procedures (BPP) for the solutions provided.

Configuration Expertise: Demonstrated ability to configure the SAP BRIM CC module and deliver work products that align with client standards and requirements.

Additional Skills: Strong hands-on experience with SAP CRM/SD modules is required.

Experience Requirements:

MUST HAVE:

  • At least one end-to-end BRIM CC implementation experience, integrated with SAP SD/CRM.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and defining various aspects of BRIM CC.
  • Experience as an SAP BRIM (CC) Functional Consultant, specifically in implementing solutions that support subscription business models, with a solid understanding of CC setup and integration with SOM & CI components.
  • Extensive experience in implementing SAP CRM/SD pricing functionalities.
  • Familiarity with basic business processes in the following functional areas: SAP SD pricing functionality and SAP CRM.

Critical Skills: Knowledge of SAP QA with exposure to SAP SOM, SD, FI, and RAR.
