Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage SAP SRM solutions to support procurement processes
  • Configure and customize SAP MM modules to support procurement, inventory, and materials management processes
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies, manage vendor selection and performance, process purchase orders, and handle contract negotiations
  • Oversee inventory levels, ensure accurate material valuation, and implement control measures to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Coordinate logistics for material delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams for demand forecasting, and integrate procurement activities with overall supply chain processes
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies, maintain accurate documentation, and support audit processes
  • Troubleshoot SAP SRM and MM system issues, configure solutions to meet specific industry requirements, and provide end-user training and support
  • Generate and analyze reports on procurement and inventory performance, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SRM and SAP MM
  • Proficiency in SAP SRM and MM configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, procurement, and inventory management practices
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors, internal teams, and management
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to procurement and inventory management
