Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IDX Analyst to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. As a key member of our healthcare integration team, you will be responsible for performing duties related to integration, including business needs analysis and customer requirements, participation in the evaluation and selection of software and database systems, system design, development and maintenance, project implementation, documentation and end user training.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the integration of healthcare systems and software applications to ensure seamless data exchange and optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of software and database systems to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain healthcare integration systems and interfaces.
  • Implement and document system changes and updates.
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful system adoption.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare-related field, with a focus on information systems or related environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead others in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project tasks and timelines and motivate others to achieve goals.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in database creation, maintenance, and report writing using at least one major programming language.
  • Working knowledge of computers and demonstrated proficiency in database methodologies, email systems, internet, and MS office software applications with emphasis on Word and Excel.
  • Understanding of professional claims and billing procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to use a high level of judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness when dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and user needs to recommend solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of IDX/GECB required.
