The Senior IDX Analyst will perform duties related to integration, including business needs analysis and customer requirements, participation in the evaluation and selection of software and database systems, system design, development and maintenance, project implementation, documentation and end user training consistent with the mission and philosophy of Dignity Health Medical Foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform business needs analysis and customer requirements to identify integration needs and opportunities.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of software and database systems to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain systems to ensure seamless integration and data exchange.
  • Implement projects to meet business needs, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Document and train end-users on system functionality and usage.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Healthcare-related field, with experience in an information systems or related environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead others in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project tasks and timelines and motivate others to achieve goals.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in database creation, maintenance, and report writing using at least one major programming language.
  • Working knowledge of computers and demonstrated proficiency in Database methodologies, Email systems, Internet, and MS office software applications with emphasis in Word and Excel.
  • Understanding of professional claims and billing procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to use a high level of judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness when dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and user needs to recommend solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of IDX/GECB required.
