Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including sales, profits, and customer service.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and coaching.
  • Financial Management: Analyze financial data and develop plans to improve sales and profits, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Restaurant Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, including cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Preferred
  • Experience: Over 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
  • Skills: Basic math skills, Microsoft Office, and general systems experience
  • Personal Qualities: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours, high energy to keep up with our fast-paced environment, and commitment to our core values of integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold & grow
