HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for the operation, upkeep, and repair of all systems related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning in residential settings. This role involves traveling to client locations to provide tailored solutions for their HVAC needs. You will collaborate with the business to identify issues and implement effective repairs, ensuring clear communication with our valued customers.

Key Requirements:
  • A clean driving record for the past three years is mandatory.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Focus on cleaning and maintaining HVAC units while having opportunities for professional growth.
  • Diagnose and rectify issues with electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC systems.
  • Travel to various job sites within the service area, coordinating with dispatch to adhere to the schedule and communicate any delays to customers.
  • Be available for night and weekend shifts on a rotating basis to address emergency service requests.
  • Ensure the company vehicle is in good working condition, including regular refueling, reporting mechanical issues, and completing vehicle inspection forms.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills, engaging with homeowners, processing payments, and conveying information clearly.
  • Educate homeowners about potential opportunities for additional services, including system upgrades and service contracts.
  • Meet all physical ability requirements as outlined in this description.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by team leaders.
  • Participate in training sessions provided by the company to stay updated on the latest industry technologies.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving history for the past three years.
  • Successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
