Key Responsibilities
  • As a top-level manager, you will oversee client relations, project team performance, and overall client satisfaction.
  • You will interact regularly with senior representatives of current and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic planning and implementation will be a key aspect of your role, working closely with the Partner in Charge to define and execute the firm's regional initiatives.
  • You will be responsible for the delivery of services, maintaining a positive culture, and contributing to the management team to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Marketing and business development will also be a key focus, establishing and developing relationships with potential clients and working closely with the firm's Marketing & BD departments to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the architectural profession, with no less than 10 years of experience managing project teams and processes.
  • LEED familiarity is strongly preferred.
  • Prior K12 and/or Higher Education experience is essential.
  • Must be a Registered Architect.
