Key Responsibilities- Manage clinical support staff to provide high-quality patient care and services
- Prepare examination and treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available
- Interview patients to obtain medical history and reason for visit, and prepare them for examination and treatment
- Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures, and maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Perform administrative tasks, such as updating patient charts and maintaining departmental records
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure effective operations and excellent patient satisfaction
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or medical assistant curriculum
- American Heart Association CPR Certification
- 3 years of experience in a medical office setting
