Bird Handler/Grounds Keeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Warriors Mark Wingshooting Lodge and Kennels. As a Bird Handler/Grounds Keeper, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our outdoor shooting sports and recreational facility.

• Maintain and repair farm equipment and machinery, as well as perform carpentry tasks to ensure the facility remains in excellent condition.
• Care for animals and birds, including feeding, cleaning, and providing a safe and healthy environment.
• Ensure compliance with our Customer First Philosophy and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and structures, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Assist in repairs of existing structures and prepare the grounds for special events.
• Reliable transportation is necessary for this role.

• Some knowledge and skills in mechanical repair, carpentry, and animal care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
