This is a contract, 8x4 Days position that requires a current Physical Therapist license within the state of practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a SNF / LTC setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:
