- Document patient histories and treatment plans using our electronic medical record (EMR) platform.
- Deliver efficient and timely treatments, prioritizing patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Establish and track patient goals, ensuring effective progress and outcomes.
- Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical education and treatment methods to provide exceptional patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, both paper and web-based.
- Ensure all necessary licenses and certifications are valid and current.
Requirements:
- Valid physical therapy license in New Jersey.
