Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-On Experience: Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and support.
- No Certification? No Problem: We offer paid training and cover the costs for state certification exams. A college degree is not necessary.
- Sign-On Bonus: Eligible candidates may receive a $2,500.00 sign-on bonus.
Job Expectations:
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care and fostering meaningful relationships with residents.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while working collaboratively with your team.
- Certification as a nursing assistant in South Dakota is required within 120 days of employment.
- Basic Life Support Certification is necessary within 6 months for night shift positions.
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
Work Schedule:
- Shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM; 72 hours biweekly.
- Every third weekend off.
- Every other holiday off.
Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is competitive, with actual rates determined by experience.
- $24.00 per hour.
