Home Care Professional

Elara Caring is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Professional to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and assistance to patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assist patients with medication management and administration
* Prepare and serve meals and snacks as needed
* Maintain a safe and clean living environment for patients
* Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Experience providing care to the elderly and/or disabled in a home or healthcare setting preferred
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
