At HCA Florida Trinity Hospital, we're committed to providing exceptional patient care and fostering a supportive environment for our nurses to thrive. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Cardiac Cath Lab, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes
- Provide leadership and guidance to your nursing team during designated shifts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required
- ACLS certification required in designated units
- PALS or ENPC certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer in designated units
- NRP certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer in designated units
- CPI certification required within 3 months of hire/transfer in designated units
- Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care setting preferred
